Poster Set-up:
Sunday, 11 November 2018 by 8:30.
The posters will be accessible throughout the workshop on all days. Please feel free to invite any potential viewer to your poster at any time during the workshop.
Poster Take-down:
Tuesday, 13th November 2018, 17:00.
Important Note: posters that have not been removed by 17:00 will be discarded by the organizers.
Poster presentation:
Presentation of posters will be during the poster sessions as specified in the programme booklet.
Poster prizes:
There will be poster prizes for the best posters. For being considered for a prize, registration to the contest is required (follow button below). It is important for the reviewing process that you are available at your poster during the specified poster sessions for discussion and evaluation by the judges.
